Is there any case law in which someone has challenged a ban on public smoking?

I’ve been searching all morning and have yet to find what I’m looking for. I found a ruling on a case in Illinois in which a judge allows the smoking ban to be voted on but I want to know if anyone has ever challenged such a ban on the basis of constitutionality and individual rights?
I should also say that I’m looking for a U.S. Supreame Court decision preferably. Even a descending opinion would do.

A smoking ban started this year in May in Croatia, Europe. It was lifted this autumn due to the fact that profit in cafes has fallen about 70% since the ban started, resulting in many people getting fired, lots of cafes having to close etc., making the recession even worse. It is the only case of a smoking ban being lifted in Europe, not sure about the rest of the world. Tell me if you want need more details, the only pages on the internet that wrote about it that I could find were in croatian and I’m going to assume you don’t speak it.
