Magistrate fails to prove Juristiction – Freeman Dismisses

This 2 part video shows a laymen representing a birth certificate in court and claiming freeman status under common law, the police are called to the courtroom and realise they are powerless to do anything and because the judge cannot prove juristiction over him, the freeman dismisses the case himself and walks out, with police around him.

    Anyone who takes an oath is a foreigner to the people. ask your selves this what is bring charges to me. An agency and its administrative in nature I am a foreigner to that administration. I one of the people can only bring a complaint to that jurisdiction. In America the 11th amendment took away all judicial power in law and equity. There is only 3 choices left in practical terms civil, criminal, and administrative.
