what is a law case that has been decided or at least biased, based on race?

within the last ten years, what is a law case that has been decided on race? or at least an unfair advantage to one race?

Hopefully none! There are lots of bad answers here (OJ’s first criminal trial was more than ten years ago, people, and his second has not been decided yet, d’oh!).

If the result of a case is biased on the basis of race, the result must be thrown out.

I guess everyone is entitled to an opinion, but if there is actual EVIDENCE that a case was decided in a racially-biased manner, the result will be thrown out and the case retried.

It was more than 10 years ago, but reverse discrimination in college admissions was about race.
