Does Australian Constitutional law allow you to avoid voting?

I want to know if there is a provision in Australian Constitutional law that permits a person to refrain from voting on religious grounds. If there is, how do I go about registering my position? Thank you. Please only serious answers from those with knowledge in this area.

What is your religious grounds? Is it that you aren’t allowed to go out or anything on a Saturday? Because you can do a postal vote – otherwise no – I think only prisoners are exempt from voting because it is not a right to them – everyone else it is compulsory
