If Obama was a Constitutional Law Professor, why doesn’t he talk about getting back to the Constitution?

and getting rid of things in our country that are against the Constitution?

ie…

The Patriot Act
The war on drugs
The IRS
The Federal Reserve

I could go on… but you get the picture…

If he knows so much about the Constitution that he could be a professor of Constitutional Law… what gives?

Sad fact is, he’s a Democrat. Not all, but most of them have no knowledge of the Constitution or any desire to adhere to that Greatest of Documents. The same goes for most Republicans (except Ron Paul types.) Now, I know that’ll piss some people off, and I don’t even pretend to care. I have two words: PATRIOT Act.

Vote for the Constitution – vote Libertarian.

The man wants to get rid of things that are cornerstones of our Constitution. Chief among them:

The First Amendment, because he wants to get rid of conservative talk radio. He’s not even making this one a secret.

The Second Amendment, because he thinks taking the guns away will somehow result in a lower crime rate.

How can he talk about getting back to the Constitution while he’s talking about dismissing it categorically? He’d have to be talking out of both sides of his mouth, and of course he’d NEVER do that.

He wasn’t. He despises limited government, federalism and states’ rights and of course, the Constitution itself.

he says he was a conditional law professor but was he really? did he temp or sub? was he the assistant? did he mark test scores? did anyone out there actually been in his classes?

just because he claims to be a Constitutional Law Professor does not mean he believes in the constitution.

look at all his campaine lies and flip flops, can you trust anything that comes out of his mouth?

Obama hates what the constitution really stands for. He wants to re-write it to suit his liberal socialist needs. To start with: Trash the second amendment. A disarmed population is a controllable population.

He is probably more concerned with the economy, plus he isn’t President yet, and has come under fire for acting like a President Elect, and making the dud look bad. He has talked about those in this books though.

    Good luck with that.

He’s CFR, a leftist Democrat and known to be a gun grabber advocate. Also that comment in a private room of SF liberals about Penn. citizens is a telling thing of his real intentions.

    Prepare to defend.

O is too arrogant to care about the Constitution. Just about everything he has said he plans to do is against the American way of life.

Because he does not believe in the Constitution. He is a communist and wants to change the country. The American people are going to find out what they voted for.

He wasn’t a "constitutional law professor."
He was a part-time lecturer at the University of Chicago Law School.
That is a VERY different thing.

    Obama taught ONE course.
It was on voting rights law.
Like what he taught ACORN to do.
    Got that?
What the FBI is investigating them for in at least 12 States as a result of their activities during the 2008 primaries and general election.
Some of those activities were funded by the Obama campaign which paid Citizens’ Services Inc. over $800,000, a portion of which was paid to ACORN which acted as a subcontractor for SCI to do voter registration.
That does not say much about his devotion to the Constitution.

All of the things that you have listed have been challenged in the courts and are legal in principle.
Some aspects of them are being challenged and will always be challenged.
They will never be agreed upon.
That’s how our legal system works.

My son, Obama can not and will not violate the Constitutional rights for citizens to possess firearms. There are far too many citizens in this country that will not tolerate it! Obama is a product of the South Side Chicago machine and he has an empathy towards big city politics! The IRS will be his lap dogs(as all Presidents before him), war on drugs will continue, Patriots Act may be vamped down(Jihadists are coming and that piece of legislation will be enacted if it is struck down), Federal Reserve will keep on going the way it has all ways done, these people are the money lenders and the Federal Government has no control over this Bank. The Federal Reserve prints money and dictates the free markets!

He’s obviously shaky on the First, Second and Fourth Amendments
    1) he supports outlawing transfer of semi-automatic weapons (like your Remington 1100 duck gun or Dad’s old .45 pistol), a measure now only applied to full-automatic weapons;

    2) he had his campaign make both threats of violence and legal action against the Chicago Sun-Times and Tribune for publicizing his sleazy past and connections; he had his campaign lawyer threaten revocation of broadcast licenses from radio and TV stations which aired ads opposing his election, as well as civil and criminal charges against the station managers; he sent Democratic party sheriffs and prosecutors on a sweep through the state of Missouri as "the Barack Obama Truth Squad" – these people, some of them armed and carrying badges and warrant cards, presumably, announced they were going to go all over the state and evaluate anti-Obama statements in light of Missouri law.

and then, there’s the "civilian national security corps" which he wants to fund at the same level as the Department of Defense.

Why, if not to impose his warped views on the American people at gunpoint?

The book, ‘The Politically Incorrect Guide to the Constitution’ by Kevin Gutzman explains how Constitutional Law has almost nothing to do with the Constitution. The system is rigged in their favor because we don’t know what our rights are or we are too lazy and dumbed down as a people to recognize we are holding all the power. The money they are spending is our money and our future generations. We should be holding every elected official accountable to the oath they take to defend the Constitution. We should be demanding a repeal of all laws that do not meet the Constitutional litmus. We should be ousting violators of the oath. It’s not just a piece of paper, it’s our duty and heritage to defend our Constitutional Republic. Other good reads – The Declaration of Independence, The Jefferson Letters, The Federalist Papers, John Adams thoughts on government, Thomas Paine : Common Sense. All true history that reveals the intentions and reasoning of our founding fathers when they created our government.

So he claims, but I’ve heard that his college records are in the same place as his Hawaiian birth certificate, Limboland or Fantasyville, and can’t be seen.
