Student records aren’t private under federal law, actually. Believe it or not, there’s no ‘SIPAA.’ But I’m sure you’d know all about that now, wouldn’t you? =)

I didn’t think Bush went to Occidental, Columbia and Harvard, just Yale. But he didn’t release his college transcripts, did he?

Because it’s none of your f***ing business!

Edit: To all the ignorant morons who gave this a thumbs down, why was this not an issue with the two Republicans, McCain and Bush? We didn’t see their records for the same reason. It is becoming more and more clear that intelligent people are leaving the Republican party leaving it to those with the intellect of a Bush or a Palin.

Obviously, it would be because I have something to hide and my ego was so huge that I didn’t think you had the right to question it. Yet, I would demand of any of my colleagues full disclosure to maintain the hypocrisy and distraction of transparency. Just not my OWN of course. ♥

Because they say I’m enrolled as a foreign student. This may become a problem if I want to run for president. So, I’ll just release a Certificate of Live Birth to the press so people will quit asking questions.

They’re not sealed. All student records are PRIVATE under federal law. Perhaps you’ve heard about this thing we have called privacy, comrade?

Mostly what questions like this one reveal is that Americans don’t seem to understand what people actually do in college, which isn’t surprising considering that most Americans never went to college. But you’d imagine people wouldn’t be so eager to put their own ignorance on display.

Because Obama spent his college years running around with a bunch of racists homos. He passed by spending a lot of time on his knees "begging" for a passing grade.

Known anti-American terrorist paid for BO to slither through college. He never showed up to most of his classes because he was too busy "wrestling" other guys and experimenting in many different ways.

Have you seen Michelle Obama’s college thesis. Complete racist hate filled insane crap. I don’t even want to think what a whack job like Berry spent his time doing.

Obama spent most of his college time on his knees. They should have called him Monica, the rest of the time was spent smoking crack and hating white people and American capitalism.

I don’t understand it either. Why was Michelle’s college thesis about Racial Divide sealed until after the election? Good Question

He graduated magna ĉum laude from Harvard Law, so he obviously did well. Why do you feel the need to inspect his transcripts? Do you suspect that he took courses in Bomb Construction or The Subversion of Western Civilization?

Wow-some of you are really unbelievable. What’s it like to think negatively about everything? Like Adam said. He was not required to release them. The media wants them, and they have no right to them. You can’t get on Harvard Law Review unless you are an upstanding student.

Why do you want him to release his personal information?? Have you ever seen anyone else’s personal information???

He was a professor and taught constitutional law. He was also President of the Harvard Law Review.

Is all of that made up??? Has he went his whole life secretly saying he was a harvard graduate when he was not???

Harvard has no credibility any more; all these schools sold themselves out for foreign money; another reason why all this is being buried. nobody should scrimp in order to send their kids to one of these indoctrinating, corrupt money pits formerly esteemed as "ivy league"

Obama is not ‘sealing’ his records from the public. Transcripts are already private. You would know this if you went to college.

If you don’t like the fact that he would not publicly show his transcripts, you have a right not to vote for him.

If you think it is unusual for him to do this, then you have to prove that other candidates made their transcripts public.

Because it is quite clear that he is simply NOT a brilliant Constitutional law scholar. If he were, than he would not have nominated Sen. Clinton for Sec. of State.

"Huh? What is this clown TALKING about?!?!?"

Article 1, Section 6, Clause 2 makes her ineligible for the post. She voted for a pay increase for cabinet members as a senator, and their pay was increased while she was a senator, therefore, she is constitutionally not eligible for the civilian post of Sec. of State. Read it for yourself.

That big word, "Emoluments", yeah, that word means pay.

I mean, if he can’t even get past Article 1, I mean, come on, how good of a constitutional law student COULD he have been?
