What is wrong with completely despising the American Military until they restore Constitutional law and follow?

the values the Nation’s foundation that it was built on?

The Commander-In-Chief is failing at his duties, then, as a person whom should directly fight against government corruption, deceit and bad ethics. He needs to be impeached.

Don’t hold some E-3 responsible for Constitutional Law. This fiasco starts at the top.

What does the military have to do with constitutional law? The only arbitrator of constitutional law is the Supreme Court. They don’t seem to be condemning our soldiers.

    I agree.

They tried to change the motto to "mission first." Where the ____ does that put defending the constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic?? As if no general has ever committed a war crime. Geez!

"Mission first." Does that include orders from U.N. forces?! Against Americans? On American soil??

Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to do my blood pressure reduction exercises.

everything in the world. Despising the American Soldier while he protects you and your ignorance of the law of the land is repugnant to me.

Soldiers do not restore the Constitutional law- they obey the orders of the officers/officials appointed over them. YOU and I are to restore Constitutional law by removing the activists masquerading as politicians and Americans whom are eviscerating the foundations of this country.

Please retract this question- I get the sense it was made in frustration to our current dilemma

Because the military itself is not specifically charged with following the values that the nation’s foundation was built on. There is a chain of command where the actions are approved and the decisions that you are implying are made. So, you can hate the military if you want, but it is their leaders that ultimately are approving the things that you are so steamed about. The Commander-in-chief was elected and he appoints most of the others that determine, or are continuing, said actions.

It’s a fair enough question I suppose. The only thing is that nobody in the chain-of-command (aside from the President) has any political ability to declare war or the deployment of troops. A four star General doesn’t have that ability: theoreticallly he could try, but American soldiers and civilians don’t have the degree of respect and loyalty to the military that would be necessary for a General to single-handedly sidestep Congree and the White House.

Constitutional law has not been abrogated and is, in fact, still in effect. Everything in the U.S. Code got there legally and by due process. If you have a problem with some aspect of it, write your Congress member and Senators.

And it’s a free country. Despise the military all you want. We’ll still defend your right to do it.
