    The veiling of …
The veiling of women’s faces began long before Islam. From ancient Rome and Greece to Persia, women were at the very least required to cover their heads.

I do not agree with …
I do not agree with the degradation of women but banning something so unfortunately ingrained in a culture is just wrong, you are better off educating and changing womens (and mens) perceptions of women in society to the point where they both realise that women are equal and should be completely free, i believe islam (i am not religious myself) has many positive messages about society and is extremely complex, interesting and vital to our world today. its a real shame that it is so misconceived.

    It’s about time the …
It’s about time the Muslims do what is right..more freedom for women .. they should be able to go out in public without prejudice.. they are not ”candy” and it was never meant to be forced on so many women anyway.. P.S. no wonder there are so many pedophiles in Afghanistan..the women are always covered up or dying so they men got no one to but goats and kids ….eugh.

then again the real point here is Muslims need to modernize and leave the free nations with their freedoms. end of story
