    Were there a Nobel Prize for Missing The Point, you’d be $100,000 richer. Brandiska@’s right, you’re definitely one of THEM; seems that towel’s would too tightly round your head. Most people act like jerks some of the time, but others are Jerks Incarnate — pathological contrarians who try to make themselves look bigger by tearing others down — and these are not worth tilting with by any reasonable being. Henceforth, this thread is dead to me, and so are you.

    @shivalingham
    Yeah …

    @shivalingham
    Yeah, and it’s my opinion that name calling is very immature (it’s sad I have to explain that).
    Turks criticize Obama all the time. If you didn’t have your nose so far up Fox’s innards you’d know that.
    BTW just because you parrot the “most trusted” mantra doesn’t make it true.

    @shivalingham
    So …

    @shivalingham
    So you think Murdoch doesn’t have any influence either. Even if the Prince has no say whatsoever, it’s still hypocritical and that is the whole point of the video here, which you have either missed or dodged.

    @shivalingham
    Gingrich is part and parcel of the Fox agenda and you know it.
    Having weak patsies like Colmes does not make you balanced.

    @shivalingham
    Part …

    @shivalingham
    Part one:
    The fact you rely ONLY on Fox exposes your narrow-mindedness.
    You gave a (1) but forgot subsequent ones. Huh? That’s chaotic.

    @oalemdemadrid

    @oalemdemadrid
    PART FOUR:
    Finally, my referring to the Young Turks as “Jerks” is also my OPINION — yet another example of your apparent inability to differentiate between opinion and reportage. This is also exemplified by your apparently apologistic stance re these blatant Left-wing propagandists who NEVER — not even once — criticize the slobberingly Obama-worshipping lame-stream media and instead continually vomit up straw-dog “exposes” on the most trusted news outlet in the country.

    @oalemdemadrid

    @oalemdemadrid
    PART THREE:
    If you think a 7% shareholder has any say whatsoever in any corporation’s dynamics, anywhere, it’s you who are terminally naive. The Prince hasn’t seemed to exert any influence whatsoever over Fox’s wall-to-wall coverage of the Ground-Zero-Mosque controversy, which is far more incendiary than the content of the interview referred to in this video.

    @oalemdemadrid

    @oalemdemadrid
    PART TWO:
    Though Gingrich is a paid contributor to Fox News, he is not a reporter. In all their appearances, FN contributors are commentators stating their personal opinions, and among them there is a balance between liberals and conservatives. I also felt no need to mention Wallace’s balancing observations as merely presenting the commonly upheld opposing views to those expressed by Speaker Gringrich because I felt this to be patently obvious.

    @oalemdemadrid

    @oalemdemadrid
    PART ONE:
    Thanks for putting this in typical chaotic perspective. (1) I’ve conscientiously viewed all the TV news outlets, having worked for NBC for years in the past; and now rely ONLY on Fox News because it is more fair and balanced than any other channel, and is oriented toward Traditional American Values, which Left Wingers always interpret as “Conservative.” To Liberal Progressives, anything that’s not Left-wing biased is Right Wing.

    @shivalingham
    So …

    @shivalingham
    So they’re only 7 percent hypocritical? Second largest shareholder after Murdoch.
    BTW thanks for explaining that 7% means SEVEN PERCENT. Very educational.
    Also, Wallace was just doing his job pretending to be devil’s advocate. He’s just as fair and balanced as anyone else on Fox News. Very naive of you. Newt is a political contributor for Fox, not just some random “guest”. Also naive. Do you even watch Fox?
    And calling someone a jerk… Did you come up with that all by yourself?

    One must realise …
    One must realise that neither Murdoch nor the other owners of foxnews actually care about this stuff…. it’s just business.

    …. and business is real good when you rile up the rednecks of america!

    It’s a very, very good business… so good that the prince will even fund a mosque at ground zero to get the squealers out

    “maude have you seen the news?”

    Good business
    very good business

    You can even taunt the president from this position whilst holding faux moral superiority

    Good business

    These guys should …
    These guys should call themselves The Turk Jerks. (1) The Saudi Prince owns just 7% — that’s SEVEN PERCENT — of the News Corp stock; and (2) Newt Gingrich was a guest giving his personal opinions in an interview. Rather than being hypocritical, Chris Wallace was arguing AGAINST Newt’s assertions. The hyprocrasy here is all on the Turk Jerk’s head — as usual.

    Kagan is a decent …
    Kagan is a decent person, Obama is not a liberal. He is not rolling back very much of Bush’s legislation or changing Bush/Cheney policies. He has achieved some things but has not fulfilled a major liberal campaign promise Of course Saudi money is in Fox & Harvard & many other institutions. Where do Arabs get educated? America. Saudis love the Bush oil deals, Fox & Arabia support a Republican foreign policy. Republicans don’t care about Saudis killing gays or any of their domestic policies. OIL!

    I love it when …
    I love it when Gingrich says the President has a right to nominate a liberal. That’s his value system. Way to go Gingrich. Amazing how you forget about Bush’s nominee that was in line with his value system. (Backhanded insult)

    @junior1971able I …
    @junior1971able I went through the Vietnam War, and I never saw anybody being spit on. I also worked at airports and talked to many returning soldiers. As I recall, we were glad to see them return safely (those who did return safely, that is). Newt Gingrich never showed up for anything, but he’s sure quick to jump on the right wing bandwagon — or any other bandwagon that comes along.

    @ChesapeakeBeach Newt Gingrich? He used to be Speaker of the House and Minority Whip from Georgia. Some people think he might run for president in 2012. Ring any bells?

    @RobNLynchburgVA …
    @RobNLynchburgVA You are both wrong and have an the simplistic view of the legal system as held by most teabaggers and 10 year olds. The Supreme Court is the final arbiter of any issues dealing with an interpretation of Federal law, both statutory (such as the Constitution) and case law (laws made up by judges which become precedence in the US legal system). They also must decide complex issues relating to jurisdiction and whether state or federal law apply, and which states law.

    Actually Cenk is …
    Actually Cenk is getting senile. He didn’t say Saudis were evil, he was saying the Saudis are anti-gay just like the US military. Additionally he would hold the same view as the Saudis, except he would prefer to burn instead of beheading them.
