    @Scipio2021 Fox …
    @Scipio2021 Fox came out about legalization, why can’t Calderon see the light? How many more lives got to get up for politicians to say ‘fuck it.’
    The governator in Cali just reduced penalties to $100 fine, no record, no nothin’. He’s smoked b4, so when he introduced the ‘fuck it’ gene back in the day, it never left entirely.

    Calerdon is wrong. …
    Calerdon is wrong. Those that want to keep weed illegal are part of the status quo establishment, where this vote to make weed legal is coming from the people. Calerdon is incapable of separating the two.

    @VexZeez This is a …
    @VexZeez This is a state’s rights issue. Should Prop 19 pass, as long as the marijuana is grown, sold, and consumed within the borders of California the the Feds have no right to dictate intra-state commerce regulations. The Commerce Clause only enumerates the Feds right to dictate trade between the states, foreign nations, and indian tribes. The 10th Ammendment reserves the right for states to dictate their own laws to the states. So the Feds can go eat a dick if this passes.

    I would hazard a guess that the president of Mexico is against the US legalizing pot because it would destroy the Mexican economy?

    @VexZeez Last I …
    @VexZeez Last I checked you and I are the people responsible for creating the federal gov, and it looks like you and I (and others) are going to get rid of the corrupt slimeballs in office; peacefully of course. Equpped with a jury of their peers after their crimes are realized will be a fitting and honorable note on the history of humanity.

    The federal …
    The federal government will not allow pot to be legal. The war on drugs like the war on terror is too profitable and benefits the justification for the further growth of the fed government in dealing with this drug crisis.

    geraldo is wrong. it really doesn’t seem like the drug war in mexico is being “won” at all, nor can it be won. it’s destroying mexico, and drugs are too big of the declining economy of mexico. they should be legalized.

    @venturafor2012 …
    @venturafor2012 Actually marijuana is a drug.
    It being “natural” has nothing to do with it being a drug.
    Other natural herbs include the opium poppy, digitalis, belladonna, coffee, tea, peyote and an endless list of plant materials that contain alkaloids that affect people.
    I will say that it is a fact that marijuana is a drug that may get you into an euphoric state yet it will never cause death because of an overdose.

    Inconsistency in …
    Inconsistency in our drug policy? It’s just another case of the people being ahead of the politicians. The younger people are better informed about somethings then the older folks. I’m sure that in 50 years something will come along that completely confuses or disgusts me, so I’ll just try to keep an open mind about things… Things change. They always do. You can either be the old man shouting at the tide or the young man riding the waves.
